We provide block maintenance, leasehold management for clients, taking on these responsibilities and providing them with peace of mind that their interests are well looked after.
Your dedicated Property Manager works with you to establish long term goals for the management of your development, and personally oversees the delivery of services by the team.

Our Story
Beginning with a single property in London, we now act for a varied range of clients with portfolios of managed property across London that are mixed and diverse, ranging from blocks of 10 units through to large developments.
Our combined knowledge and expertise cover advice on service charge structure and management, budgeting, contractor procurement, health & safety, and accountancy services. We are covering all aspects of residential block and estate management.
Our support team is located in the heart of London, Kensington High Street.

We are able to provide full transparency on your financial accounting information via certified accountants, so at all times you know how your money is being spent.
